Sales and Marketing Director

The sales and marketing director will be tasked with creating our direct sales plan that will get us relying less on syndicated ads (GoogleAds, etc.).

This will be our first sales and marketing plan, so you have to be ready for the challenge. At the same time you will have a great opportunity to truly make it your own and leave your mark on the site.

This is a unique opportunity in that we are offering partial ownership in the site in lieu of a traditional salary at first.

You have to be willing to really get your hands dirty, roll up your sleeves and make us a success. When we succeed, you succeed.

We will be hiring a sales staff to work under and support your ideas and plans.

Candidate Must:

• Be a HUGE football fan
• Have previous experience with online sales
• Be familiar with online sales techniques and know what does and does not work.
• Be willing to work hard and do whatever it takes
• Not be afraid to make the sale yourself
• Work well in a team environment
• Have a proven track record
• Think outside the box
• Be born to sell
• Be willing to work from home (we do)
