I'm very upset. This draft is supposed to be the deepest since 1983. So our 2nd round draft choice at number 40 is really the same as a 1st round draft choice any other year. I mean we could of drafted a top quality running back or wide receiver at that spot. Or If you really wanted a quarterback, we could have drafted Tim Tebow or Colt McCoy and allowed him to develop for a year under Matt Hasselback. Our next pick is not until the forth round. Were giving away our future for a 3rd string backup that is 28 years old. I mean really.

After wearing out one young back after another, Portis included, Shannahan has hopefully learned his lesson and will use a two back approach if he intends to run the ball 400 times with old veterans.
