T.J. Yates (shoulder) and Andy Dalton (illness) will be available and start as expected when the Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans face off in the first playoff game of the year.

The Bengals declared OT Anthony Collins, WR Armon Binns, LB Dontay Moch, DL Nick Hayden, OL Otis Hudson, FS Robert Sands and SS Taylor Mays inactive.

The Texans declared OT Andrew Gardner, CB Brandon Harris, TE Garrett Graham, WR Jeff Maehl, QB Jeff Garcia, OG Thomas Austin and SS Troy Nolan inactive.
