The Baltimore Ravens remain tied with the Kansas City Chiefs 3-3 heading into halftime.

The Kansas City Chiefs turnover struggles reared its head again in the first quarter. Baltimore jumped out to an early 3-0 lead on a 28-yard field goal thanks in part to Chiefs running back Cyrus Gray who fumbled, giving the Ravens great starting field position.

The Ravens defense struggled to contain Jamal Charles who rushed for 125 yards on 20 carries.

The Ravens offense stuttered the entire first half. Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco was inconsistent in the first half finishing 7-of-17 for 53 yards.

Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel had just  passing attempts and finished the half 5-of-7  for 37 yards.

Chiefs kicker Ryan Succop knotted game at three late in the first half after Kansas City was unable to find the end zone despite a first and goal situation.
