The Jacksonville Jaguars have a new owner and soon they will have a new head coach.

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey will be hired as the Jaguars next head coach according to multiple reports.

Mularkey interviewed with the team on Tuesday and evidently hit a home run.

He replaces interim coach Mel Tucker who took over the reigns following the dismissal of Jack Del Rio with five games left in the season.

Tucker went 2-3 during his time as coach.

Mularkey went 14-18 during his two seasons as head coach of the Buffalo Bills in 2004 and 2005.
