The San Diego Chargers made 13 roster moves on Monday to reduce their active roster to 75 players.
The team released veteran wide receiver and kick returner Roscoe Parrish and waived eight players in reducing the roster.
The waived players include wide receivers Jason Barnes, Taylor Embree and Phillip Payne, defensive tackle Eddie Brown, long snapper Nick Guess, running back Michael Hayes, tight end Brad Taylor and tackle Phil Trautwein.
In addition, the Chargers reached injury settlements to waive defensive tackle Garrett Brown and release offensive tackle Michael Toudouze; placed guard Johnnie Troutman on the “Reserve-Non-Football Injury” list and guard Brandyn Dombrowski on the “Reserve-Non-Football Illness” list.
