It didn’t take long for Brian Schottenheimer to find work after the New York Jets pink slipped him last week.
Schottenheimer is expected to become the next offensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams according to Michael Lomardi of NFL.com.
Contract details are still being finalized, but he will join Jeff Fisher in the Gateway to the West.
Heading to St. Louis could be telling of his father’s chances to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Marty Schottenheimer is under consideration to replace Raheem Morris in Central Florida.
It was initially thought his son could join him on that staff.
