For the second time in as many days, the NFL granted the San Diego Chargers an extension to sell tickets and avoid a TV blackout of Thursday’s preseason finale against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Chargers have 2,100 general admission tickets left to sell by 7 pm PT on Wednesday.
Several hundred Club seats are also available according to the team.
The NFL would not grant the extension unless it felt the Chargers could feasibly sell the tickets.
Should the blackout be lifted, the game will be seen in San Diego on KFMB-TV, Channel 8 and in Los Angeles and Orange County on KCBS-TV, Channel 2.
Tickets may be purchased online at Chargers.com, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or visiting the Chargers Ticket Office located at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium.
