Washington Redskins defensive lineman Doug Worthington joined Jay Richardson and Chuck Carroll on this week’s edition of the JRich Report.
The two were teammates at Ohio State University where Richardson mentored the younger Worthington as he was breaking into things with the Buckeyes.
The defensive ends explained the differences between the 3-4 and 4-3 defense and why some players are better suited for each scheme.
Worthington also talked about his experience with the Redskins so far and the opportunities he may be given. The former Buckeye could be on the verge of landing a spot on the team’s 53-man roster.
Beyond Worthington, Richardson and Carroll talked about Michael Vick’s $100 million contract, Terrelle Pryor’s dismal Wonderlic Test score, Chris Johnson’s Twitter controversy.
The two gave a special shout out a listener who didn’t take too kindly to their show opener last week. You can’t please everyone.
Listen and enjoy!
