Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison is set to undergo shoulder surgery on Monday morning.
The shoulder bothered Harrison for portions of the season but he didn’t miss any action despite the pain.
“Should only be down 4 to 6 weeks,” Harrison said Friday.
Harrison finished the regular season with an impressive 10.5 sacks but the Steelers fell short in Super Bowl XLV 31-25 to the Green Bay Packers.
Harrison is expected to be fine for next season.
