Tim Tebow should see plenty of action Thursday in Minnesota
While Vikings quarterback Brett Favre isn’t expected to play when the Denver Broncos visit the Minnesota Vikings in their preseason finale, Broncos’ rookie quarterback Tim Tebow is expected to see plenty of action, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football talk.
Denver right tackle Ryan Harris told Charley Walters of the St. Paul Pioneer Press that Tebow will play “a lot.”
“He’s a gamer, man,” Harris told Walters. “You can see why he was successful in college. And he’s a very good guy — what you see is what you get. He’s as true as you see on TV. That’s how he is every day.”
Tebow’s performance Thursday could earn him the backup role behind Kyle Orton.
