Antoine Winfield
The Minnesota Vikings added a 10th player to the Pro Bowl roster on Tuesday when cornerback Antoine Winfield was added to the NFC squad.
His selection to the squad comes despite the fact he missed six games this season due to injury.
It is unclear as to who Winfield is replacing, but the likely money is on Arizona Cardinals cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie who tore up his knee in Saturday’s divisional round game against the Saints.
His spot on the roster could be short lived as a trip to the Super Bowl would nullify his chances of playing in the game.
The Vikings will face the New Orleans Saints Sunday in Louisiana for the NFC Championship.
