Tomlinson Impressed by Vikings, Will Still Visit Jets

LaDainian Tomlinson

LaDainian Tomlinson left Minnesota without signing a contract, but was very impressed by the team.

Tomlinson said that he hasn’t been recruited since high school and wants to see what other teams have to offer according to Sports Illustrated’s Jim Trotter.

That doesn’t mean he won’t eventually sign with Minnesota.

The Vikings really “wowed” L.T. who left the team’s facility holding a purple jersey. He went so far to say that he could see himself playing there.

Tomlinson will now travel to New York to visit the Jets on Friday.

He also has visits scheduled with the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints next week, but he may not make those trips.

Tomlinson said that he could make a decision as early as this weekend on where he will play next season.
