Jason Babin
Defensive end Jason Babin appears to be headed to the Tennessee Titans.
After drawing interest from the Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins, Babin is poised to sign a one-year, $1 million offer sheet with the Titans according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Per a provision in his last contract, the Philadelphia Eagles have seven days to match the offer. However, they are not likely to do so.
Selected in the first-round of the 2004 NFL Draft, he has been unable to match success of his rookie season with the Houston Texans. That year he made 63 tackles and registered four sacks.
Last season he saw action in 12 games, made 16 tackles and record 2.5 sacks.
