The New Orleans Saints declared seven players inactive for Sunday’s Super Bowl XLIV against the Indianapolis Colts.
Watching from the sidelines will be RB Lynell Hamilton, LB Anthony Waters, OL Jamar Nesbit, TEs Darnell Dinkins and Tory Humphrey, DL Paul Spicer and WR Adrian Arrington.
Chase Daniel will serve as the team’s third quarterback.
Meanwhile, for the Colts, Dwight Freeney is active and will start.
Inactive for Indianapolis are TE Colin Cloherty, OT Michael Toudouze, DL John Gill, G/C Mike Pollack, DE Ervin Baldwin, WR Sam Giguere, K Adam Vinatieri and DT Fili Moala.
