The Seattle Seahawks added a pair of Philadelphia Eagles to their defense on Tuesday.

The Seahawks traded defensive end Darryl Tapp to the Eagles for linebacker/defensive end Chris Clemons and a fourth-round draft pick.

Interestingly, Tapp signed his free agency tender less than 24-hours before the trade.

Clemons, meanwhile, is under contract through 2012.

In addition, Seattle also signed former Eagles linebacker Matt McCoy who spent the last two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Gus Bradley, the current Seahawks defensive coordinator, was with Tampa during McCoy’s run in the sunshine state.
