Sam Bradford Braces for Financial Windfall from Rams

Sam Bradford is already getting substancial investment opportunities.

Sam Bradford is about to be a very rich man and people know it.

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft receives investment requests of $100,000 or more at least once per week according to the Oklahoman (via Mike Florio at PFT).

The good news is that Bradford is being carefull with the money he doesn’t quite have yet. Not only does Bradford have a financial advisor, but he will also rely on his father who is an insurance industry expert.

“If anyone comes, they’re going to talk to him,” said this year’s top draft choice.
He’s going to have to see a business proposal. He’s going to have to see a lot of things before we’ll even consider making an investment.”

Bradford was also a finance major at Oklahoma.

Although he is yet to sign with the St. Louis Rams, he knows that when he does it’ll be fat city.

“Financially, my life has kind of changed drastically here in a couple months,” Bradford said.
