A little bit of history has been made thanks to the New Orleans Saints 31-28 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in overtime of Sunday’s NFC Championship game.

For the first time since 1993 the two No. 1 seed in the playoffs will meet in the Super Bowl.

That year it was Dallas Cowboys taking on the Buffalo Bills. This year it’s the New Orleans Saints vs. Indianapolis Colts.

The NFC team won that year.

Could the Saints be the team of destiny?
