Saints Sign Long Snapper, Delhomme to Visit

The New Orleans Saints announced they signed long snapper Jason Kyle to a one-year contract on Thursday.

The team initially signed him last off-season after cutting Kevin Houser.

Kyle, 37, had previous stops in Seattle, Cleveland, San Francisco and Carolina before winning a Super Bowl ring with the Saints.

In other Saints news, quarterback Jake Delhomme will visit the team on Friday according to Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network.

Delhomme, who spent Thursday visiting with the Cleveland Browns, is a native of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana.

He could also visit the Denver Broncos.
