Patrick Robinson signed a five-year deal with the Saints late Thursday.
The New Orleans Saints jumped on the first-round draft pick signing bandwagon late Thursday night.
The team agreed to terms on a five-year deal with cornerback Patrick Robinson who was the final player taken in first-round. He will arrive in New Orleans Friday morning.
Robinson, 5-foot-11 and 190-pounds, was a standout at Florida State where he tied the school’s record for consecutive games with an interception (five) in 2007.
He registered 117 tackles including seven for losses during his collegiate career.
Ironically, it was Saints VP of Communications Greg Bensel who broke the news on Twitter.
