Russ Grimm Unlikely to Interview for Bills Head Coach Job

Arizona Cardinals offensive line coach Russ Grimm does not appear to have a lot of interest in becoming the next head coach of the Buffalo Bills.

It had been rumored that Grimm would interview with the team this week, but that didn’t occur and Allen Wilson of the Buffalo News reports that it’s “doubtful” it ever will.

Former Bills coach Mike Mularkey could have Grimm’s ear about the job and what he has to say about the team may not be so flattering.

Grimm and Mularkey have the same agent.

“It has to be the right situation,” Grimm told Wilson of his head coaching aspirations in December. “I know there are only 32 of those jobs, but I’m not going to jump on the first one if it doesn’t fit.”
