When Mike Shanahan, who was previously the 49ers offensive coordinator, became Denver's head coach he hired Gary Kubiak. In 11 seasons (1995-2005) as the team's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, Gary Kubiak helped lead Denver to two Super Bowl titles.Yeah it makes sense for Mike to want to coach with the Texans offensive coordinator, his son, Kyle Shanahan but I just don't see how he turns down this Redskins offer and let his pal Kubiak keep his job.
