Jason Babin

It doesn’t look like the Washington Redskins are going to land Julius Peppers, but that’s not stopping them from trying to sign another free agent defensive end.

The team has been in discussions with Jason Babin of the Philadelphia Eagles according to Rick Maese of the Washington Post.

They may have to hustle to get the deal done or be willing to back up the truck.

Per the National Football Post, the Jacksonville Jaguars are also interested in acquiring Babin.

He was a first-round draft pick in 2004.
