The Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills are at the top of the list of potential teams to relocate to Los Angeles according to the company who is building a football stadium there.

Because the two teams play in small markets, the company feels they have a chance to lure them away in hopes of bigger revenue out west according to an AP report.

“Jacksonville and Buffalo are two teams in very, very small markets,” said John Semcken of Majestic Reality Co. who is building the LA stadium. “They are teams that have either outdated stadiums or are having trouble filling their stadiums or both.”

The Jacksonville Jaguars even had issues filling the stands while in the thick of a playoff hunt, which could make them the top candidate overall.

There are five other teams on the company’s potential relocation list as well.

The San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders are all also being considered.

However, Majestic will not actively lobby the 49ers, Chargers or Vikings as long as they have their own plans for new stadiums.
