Michael Vick will likely be staying with the Philadelphia Eagles until at least March 5 when the team will owe him a $1.5 million roster bonus, which they fully intend to pay.

The Eagles will then try to trade the once troubled quarterback in hopes of acquiring a third or fourth-round draft pick for his services according to Geoff Mosher of the Delaware News Journal.

The team feels that the money is worth it if they can get a pick that high. Whether or not they can remains to be seen.

Mosher also noted that the Eagles will be focusing more on finances than football next season with their quarterbacks.

With those priorities, Donovan McNabb could be had if the price is right according to Eagles insiders.
