The Cleveland Browns made sweeping changes to their pro personnel department on Thursday.
Newly hired grand poobah Mike Holmgren, who decided to keep Eric Mangini on staff, likely made the call according to Mike Florio of PFT.
The official tally of names is not confirmed, but could include senior director of pro personnel Steve Sabo, director of pro personnel Keith O’Quinn, associate director of pro personnel Jim Jauch and assistant director of pro personnel James Kirkland per the report.
The primary function of that department is to evaluate talent around the league for potential roster spots in the future.
No word yet on replacements.
