Chris Johnson showed up at the Titans training facility recently.
For the first time this offseason, Chris Johnson arrived at the Tennessee Titans training facility this past week to work out.
The 24-year-old has been holding out for a larger contract after a 2,000 yard season in 2009 and skipped all mandatory offseason activities.
His presence in Tennessee does not mean that he’s ready to give up his quest for more money. He was in town for a marketing event and still has full access to the team’s weight room and fitness center according to Mike Florio of PFT.
Johnson, who is entering his third season, has three years left on his rookie deal and is due to earn a base salary of $550,000 this season unless he gets a new deal.
He previously stated that he cannot play for that amount of money.
