Sam Bradford will get at least half of his contract guaranteed.

Sam Bradford, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, is about to get paid in a big way.

His agents are finally sitting down with the St. Louis Rams to begin contract negotiations and it looks like he’s going to get a huge guarantee.

When the deal gets done, expect Bradford’s guaranteed money to be somewhere between $45 and $50 million according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Early speculation had the Bradford camp looking for a six-year, $80 million contract overall.

Rams training camp opens in less than two weeks.
