Ravens’ Webb Activated from PUP

The Baltimore Ravens welcomed back Lardarius Webb this morning after he was activated from the PUP list, according to James Walker of ESPN.com.

The cornerback passed conditioning drills this morning, and is returning to his team just in time. Starting cornerback Domonique Foxworth injured his knee in training camp and will be out for the season and the Ravens’ secondary could certainly use some help from Webb. Baltimore allowed the Washington Redskins to amass 365 passing yards in Saturday’s preseason game.

Webb is expected to be healthy enough to start in Baltimore’s opening game Sept. 13 against the New York Jets.
