The Baltimore Ravens and third-round draft pick (No. 70 overall) tight end Ed Dickson agreed to terms on a three-year contract Friday.

Dickson was a first-team All-Pac 10 honoree last season while at Oregon. He finished his collegiate career with 124 catches and 1,557 receiving yards, both of which are school records for the position. He also had 12 touchdowns.

The rookie joins a deep tight end squad in Baltimore and will compete with two others for reps behind Todd Heap.

The Ravens recently signed fellow rookie tight end Dennis Pitta. Second-year player Davon Drew is the other man in the mix.
