The St. Louis Rams have been busy signing rookies left and right since this weekend and Monday morning they bagged their second of the day.
The team signed fifth-round selection (No. 149 overall) Hall Davis to a four-year deal according to Mike Florio at PFT.
Davis is a 6-foot-6, 262 pound defensive end end out of UL-Lafayette who finished his collegiate career with 7.5 sacks. For such a big man, he’s quick on his feet, running a 4.86 40-yard dash.
Davis is the sixth Rams draft pick to sign with the team. First-round pick Sam Bradford, second-rounder Rodger Saffold, sixth-rounders Fendin Aonobun and Eugene Sims and seventh-rounder Marquis Johnson are the only players left to sign.
There is a possibility that the team will have everybody except Bradford and Saffold under contract by this weekend.
