Adrian Peterson confirmed Sunday that he would be at Minnesota Vikings training camp on time and has no plans to hold out.
In fact, Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that Peterson seemed annoyed by all the speculation surrounding his June absence from minicamp.
The talented running back insisted that he did not miss minicamp due to contractual reasons. He was adamant that he only missed camp because of the day honoring him down south.
Peterson is also fairly certain that there have been contract extension talks between his agents and the Vikings.
The Vikings open training camp this week with pretty much the rest of the league.
