Ryan Grant left Saturday night's game with a head injury.

Green Bay Packers running back Ryan Grant suffered a head injury in Saturday night’s preseason opener against the Cleveland Browns.

Grant was rocked hard by Browns linebacker Chris Gocong and Robaire Smith on a carry up the middle.

The Notre Dame product needed help from the training staff to get off the field after he stumbled while trying to get up initially.

The training staff did not appear to be testing him for a concussion, but did speak with him for several minutes on the sideline according to the Chicago Tribune.

Grant carried the ball three times for a total of six yards on the night. He also fumbled once.
