Darrell Green
A very happy birthday to former Washington Redskins cornerback Darrell Green who turned 50 on Monday.
The NFL Hall of Famer who was known for his legendary speed did what anybody turning the big 5-0 would do… he ran the 40-yard dash.
The staggering part is that Green still has the speed that sent him to Canton.
“I think today I became the fastest 50 year old in the world!” Green wrote on Twitter Monday morning. “I celebrated my 50th b-day by running the 40 yard dash in Orlando, Florida in a time of 4.43!”
The man can fly.
Perhaps we’ll see him in the new Redskins uniforms next season…
