The San Diego Chargers and tight end Kris Wilson agreed to terms on a new two-year deal early Friday morning.

He could have walked away from the team, but chose to stay in San Diego according to Mike Florio of PFT.

A deal to keep Chad Pennington with the Miami Dolphins is being held up by a no-trade clause according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.

According to Mort his source was another team that is interested in signing the quarterback.

It was Pennington who requested the clause.
