
David Clowney
The New York Jets will be without the services of wide receiver David Clowney Sunday afternoon against the San Diego Chargers.
Clowney, who lost his third receiver position to Brad Smith, was among the Jets players that landed on their inactive list.
Joining him on the sideline of the final NFL playoff game of the weekend are quarterback Erik Ainge, running back Chauncey Washington, linebacker Kenwin Cummings, guard Matt Slauson, defensive end Ropati Pitoitua and linebacker Marques Murrell.
The Jets have designated Kevin O’Connell has their third quarterback.
The winner of the game will face the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship game next Sunday.
