LaDainian Tomlinson
LaDainian Tomlinson is in Minnesota and will be meeting with the Vikings this week.
The former San Diego Chargers running back was released last week as the team decided it was time to move on without the 2006 NFL MVP.
The Vikings believe he still has something to give, otherwise they wouldn’t have brought him in for a visit.
“He still has some juice left in the tank,” Vikings V.P. of player personnel Rick Spielman said, per Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Vikings head coach Brad Childress also seems to be high on L.T.
“He’s a tremendous human being by all accounts,” said Childress.
Tomlinson would backup Adrian Peterson in Minnesota.
