The Jacksonville Jaguars will not play a game in London in 2010… at least not a home game.
Per the Associated Press, Jaguars owner Wayne Weaver confirmed that the team would not hold any home games across the pond next season.
Instead, Weaver appears committed to improving attendance at home next season.
He told reporters that the Jaguars will “work harder than everybody else” to fill the seats in 2010.
The Jaguars had nine of their 10 home games blacked out in 2009, including two preseason games.
A game in London would virtually assure the team of at least one sellout.
