Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney, owner of possibly the most famous injured ankle in the world at this moment, has looked quite healthy thus far in Super Bowl XLIV.
Freeney has brought constant pressure on Drew Brees and has helped the Colts hold the Saints’ highest scoring offense in check thus far. The star DE has registered a sack on Brees, as well.
This is a good sign for a Colts team that was unsure of their star defensive player’s health for the past week.
At the half, the Colts are up 10-6 over the Saints.
