Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart is scheduled to undergo foot surgery on Wednesday.
Stewart announced the procedure himself via an early morning post on his Twitter account.
Despite a lingering Achillies injury this season, Stewart and DeAngelo Williams became a potent 1-2 combination for the Panthers.
Even with the injury he was able to rush for 1,133 yards to lead the team.
