Former Dallas Cowboys lineman Flozell Adams didn’t overly impress the Pittsburgh Steelers during a recent visit. Then again, he didn’t stink up joint either.
Per ESPN’s Len Pasquarelli, Adams looked “okay, but not great” at his workout that could have landed him the job of replacing Willie Colon who was lost for the season after tearing his Achilles tendon.
Another obstacle for the 35-year-old veteran is his $4 million asking price. Short of raising more than a few eyebrows in a workout, it would be difficult to justify the hefty price tag for the Steelers.
The Denver Broncos, however, may be another case altogether.
Denver reportedly remains interested in acquiring the long-time Cowboy.
