The Atlanta Falcons are making a strong push to be the first team to sign a free agent this off-season.
In fact, the team could sign free agent Dunta Robinson within the hour according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Robinson and the Falcons began working on the deal shortly after the NFL free agency period began at midnight.
The signing has been expected for some time and the two sides appear anxious to make it official.
Earlier in the night, it was announced that the team re-signed quarterback Chris Redman.
