It doesn’t appear as though Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin will be able to play Saturday against the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs.

In fact, a Boldin appearance in the game would be “quasi-miraculous” according to Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network.

A lingering ankle sprain and left knee injury have left Boldin gimpy for the last couple weeks.

He missed last Sunday’s memorable game against the Green Bay Packers as well.

Steve Breason is expected to get the start in his place.
