Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin is officially inactive for Sunday’s NFL playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. His knee and ankle injuries will leave Larry Fitzgerald to shoulder the majority of the receiving load.
Boldin will be joined by quarterback Brian St. Pierre, full back Nehemiah Broughton, safety Rashad Johnson, linebacker Reggie Walker, offensive lineman Herman Johnson, defensive end Jeremy Clark and tight end Stephen Spach on the inactive list.
The Green Bay Packers will be without wide receiver Patrick Williams, safety Derrick Martin, cornerback Trevor Ford, fullback Quinn Johnson, tackle Breno Giacomini, tackle Allen Barbre, nose tackle Anthony Toribio and defensive end Michael Montgomery.
The Packers are three point favorites despite being on the road in Arizona.
The two previous Week 17 rematches in this weekend’s playoffs have had the same result as the regular season finale. Without Boldin, a trifecta could be in the works.
