Arizona Cardinals cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was injured late in the first quarter of Saturday’s playoff game against the New Orleans Saints.

The second-year defensive standout had to be helped off the field after suffering an apparent left knee injury while trying to gang tackle Saints wide receiver Devery Henderson.

His return to the game is doubtful.

Rodgers-Cromartie was drafted in the first round of the 2008 NFL draft by the Cardinals out of Tennessee State.

He was selected to his first Pro Bowl this season.

Also out of the game for Arizona is safety Antrel Rolle. The Cardinals said that he is questionable to return after suffering an undisclosed head injury.
