Bucs’ Tackle Trueblood Arrested for Public Intoxication

Jeremy Trueblood became the last NFL player arrested on alcohol related charges.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tackle Jeremy Trueblood was arrested on chargers of public intoxication Tuesday night in Indiana.

He was booked into the Hancock County Jail around 10:30 p.m. according to FOX 13 in Tampa Bay.

Full details are not yet available, but Trueblood was a passenger in a car that stopped at a gas station to ask for directions.

Somebody at that location called 911 and Greenfield (Ind.) police responded at which point Trueblood was taken into custody.

According to the FOX 13 report, Trueblood has been cooperative and should be released on bond Wednesday morning.

Trueblood started 63 of the 61 games he’s appeared in during his four-year NFL career, including every game for the last three seasons.
