Jon Alston
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free agent linebacker Jon Alston on Friday.
Alston spent the previous three seasons with the Oakland Raiders where he started in eight games and racked up 65 total tackles.
The Bucs will likely use him as a backup at weakside linebacker and on special teams according to PewterReport.com.
The St. Louis Rams drafted Alston out of Stanford in the third-round of the 2006 draft.
