Brady Quinn’s days with the Cleveland Browns more than likely are drawing to a close now that Jake Delhomme has joined the squad.

Delhomme, who was scheduled to visit the New Orleans Saints next week, agreed to a two-year deal with the Mike Holmgren and company according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The former Carolina Panthers starter is expected to compete with Seneca Wallace for the starting quarterback job in Cleavland.

Earlier in the week the team released Derek Anderson after acquiring Wallace from the Seahawks. Quinn can’t be far behind.

Maybe he’ll find a home in Kansas City with his former coach at Notre Dame, Charlie Weis.
