Olsen, the 183rd overall pick in the draft, played in 44 career games for the Irish with 31 starts.
The 6-foot-3, 305-pounder is known for his versatility on the offensive line, having played right guard as a sophomore, left guard as a junior and center as senior.
He was penalized only once during his final 1,731 plays in college according to a team press release.
Olsen earned third-team All-America honors from The Sporting News as a senior.
