Broncos Sign DL Vickerson, Waive DL Smith

Broncos' defensive lineman Kevin Vickerson

The Broncos continued to shape their 53-man roster Tuesday by making changes on their defensive line.

Denver signed defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson, a 5th-year player who spent the last three seasons in Tennessee with the Titans. Vickerson spent this preseason in Seattle, but was recently released by the Seahawks.

Sacrificed in the move was defensive end LeKevin Smith, who played with the Broncos throughout the 2009 season as a rotational player on their defensive line.
